Curating a custom selling and buying experience is a guiding principle for Kelly, who has assisted clients in the Denver real estate market and beyond for almost a decade.
When collaborating with sellers, Kelly evaluates each listing pre-market to appease the Denver area’s sophisticated consumers. Her distinguishing mark is offering “facelifts” (touch-ups, staging, repositioning, and decluttering) or a mini-flip (small-scale renovations) to set the stage for success in a market starved for style — literally designing to sell based on market needs. As a former interior designer and painter, Kelly brings an amazing eye and superb project management skills to steer a strategic and linear process for her listings.
On the buyer side, Kelly’s goal is to assess the client's lifestyle needs and present a roadmap to reach the closing table. She’s deliberate and skilled in assuring offers are accepted under competitive situations, including multiple offer scenarios.
For buyers looking to build sweat equity, Kelly’s background in design allows her to identify overlooked properties with untapped potential. She helps clients see beyond surface flaws, guiding them toward homes where strategic updates and renovations can significantly increase value.
Kelly is an advocate for her clients—she works hard to bring them value while making them feel valued, too. From central Denver, to the outer reaches of Jefferson County and even the mountains, her vast portfolio ranges from historic to modern homes and new construction.
In her free time, she’s avoiding drywall dust while remodeling her Lakewood mid mod home with her husband, Elliot, and their 2 exceptionally derpy golden retrievers, Larry and Darrell.

Emma is a skilled designer and space planner with a background in kitchen design, project management, and construction. She plays a key role in listing preparation, as well as in the planning and implementation of our mini-flip/facelift projects.
Emma possesses a sharp eye for identifying potential homes for buyers and is generally real estate-obsessed. She lives in Edgewater with her husband, Kent, and their part-gargoyle, part-chihuahua mix, Georgie and very sweet, very old cat, Muffin.
