Prep Work
First, we like to sit down with buyers and discuss goals, ideal style, and the entire buying process. We’ll talk about competition strategies and offer scenarios, as well as pre-approval. We like to think of ourselves as personal shoppers, so it can take time to learn likes and dislikes as we work collaboratively with buyers to search for the perfect home. As mentioned, we often have information on off-market properties and we’ll float your criteria to colleagues.
Showings & Offers
When we come across a "must-see" home, we’ll guide the process of offer review, urgency, and procedures of the agent and home. We’re very competitive in multiple offer scenarios—We’ve helped 100s of buyers, and have a 96% success rate in competition over the last 5 years!
If a house is right, we’ll find comparable properties, so we understand the value and we’ll strategize an offer. We stay in close contact with listing agents to ensure we’re the offer they come back to even if they receive another offer.
Support & Guidance
Once under contract, we have a host of great resources and industry partners to help assess the condition of the property. If necessary, we’ll start strategizing projects on your current home, so we’re ready to launch when you move out.
